What counts as a “module”?
A module is one of our standalone tools — WIP Tracker, Fixed Assets, or Inventory Tracker. Each is priced and enabled independently.
What's a “company”?
A company is a separate bookkeeping workspace (its own customers, records, and team). You can create several. Paid modules are enabled per company, so you only pay for the workspaces that use them.
Which module is free, and for how long?
You choose one module as your free module. It's free forever — not a trial — and it works in every company on your account.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up, set up two-factor, pick your free module, and start tracking. A card is only needed when you add a paid module.
How much do I save by paying annually?
Annual billing is $99.90/yr versus $9.99/mo — about 17% off, roughly two months free, per module per company.
Can I invite teammates on the free plan?
Inviting teammates into a company requires at least one paid module in that company. Working solo on your free module stays free.
What happens if I cancel or a payment fails?
Your teammates stay — collaborators are never removed. The paid modules in that company become inaccessible, but your free module keeps working in every company. (A failed payment has a short grace period before access pauses.) Re-subscribe anytime to restore access.
Are there project or record limits?
No. Projects, assets, and inventory items are unlimited on every plan, free or paid.
